My traditional exercise prescription helps clients achieve their goal of lifestyle change, whether it be through weight loss, lean body composition, increase in strength, increase in flexibility, or improved athletic performance. One parameter that I provide to my clients is functional exercise. This methodology is designed for or adapted to a particular purpose. I prescribe exercises that closely resemble a movement pattern that is commonly used in the client’s work or sport activities. This functional application progresses my clients towards optimal results.
